Michael Nash is an experienced wedding and portrait photographer from Eastern, CT. Mike learned the photography business working with his father Paul (Paul Nash Photography), photographing over 400 weddings and countless seniors, families, dancers (courtesy of his mother Laurie's dance studio) and other clients.
Recently, the photography work Mike chooses to engage with has changed. As a middle school principal and father of two, time has become precious and he is more selective about the wedding clients he works with. He believes the wedding photography industry is overpriced and overcomplicated. He is excited to work with laid back couples who want beautiful stress free images on their wedding day.
As an educator, Mike has a passion and skillset for working with kids and families, which he loves bringing to his portrait and senior photography work. Mike specializes in laid back, fun, outdoor photo shoots to capture important milestones.
Mike loves photographing his kids and their friends on the athletic fields. Word of mouth from images shared has led to him being hired by other families to capture their kids sporting events. An avid sports fan, Mike enjoys capturing the action during athletic competitions or live events.
Mike's photography honors the memory of his father Paul, who taught him everything he knows and inspired him to get out of his comfort zone and follow his passions.
